Step 1 – Explore Our Website & Request the Price List
Start by browsing our website to discover all that we offer. If my photography style resonates with you, simply request the Portrait Experience & Artwork Price List by filling out your contact details here.
Step 2 – Explore Our Offerings & Book Your Session
Once we’ve settled on a date, let’s take care of the paperwork! I’ll send over an e-invoice and e-contract. To secure your spot, the Portrait Experience fee is required at this stage. Don’t worry about choosing your Collection or Artwork just yet—you can make those decisions during your gallery Viewing Appointment after your photoshoot. Please note, the Bronze Collection is the minimum package for all bookings.
Step 3 – Let’s get ready!
Time to start planning! I’ll send you a questionnaire to learn more about what you’d like from your Portrait Experience—just fill in the details. This is where we plan outfits, set the vibe, and I get to know your family better. You’re welcome to wear your own outfits or choose something from our client wardrobe.
Also, put your thinking caps on! Take a look around your home for spots where you might want to display your artwork and snap a few photos of those spaces.
Step 4 – Enjoy & Embrace Your Portrait Experience
The day is finally here—it’s photoshoot time! Get ready for a fun-filled session with your loved ones, whether it’s at the beach, in the studio, or out in the paddock. With no distractions, this moment is all about you and your family—relax, have fun, and let me capture your beautiful connection.
Step 5 -Viewing Appointment
Join me back at the Subi studio for a relaxed 1-hour viewing session. Make it a special date and relive your beautiful moments as you select your favorite images, your collection, and the artwork that will become part of your home. And don’t worry—I’ve got plenty of tissues on hand for the happy tears!

Final Step-
Your artwork will be ready for pick-up 4-6 weeks after your gallery viewing appointment. Once it’s in your hands, display it proudly in your home and cherish every moment it represents. Don’t forget to snap a photo and share it with us at Cain Photography—we’d love to see how it looks in your space!
